We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged, but not due to the customer’s personal fit preferences.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject a return should the item(s) arrive back in a different condition to what we sent.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item's sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer support team ahead of making returns. Our packaging process includes taking pictures of products with time and date as evidence whilst they are being packaged. We take all these factors into consideration before issuing a return. Item's must not be used, worn or washed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If the item doesn't meet your personal preferences (e.g., fit or style), we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend carefully reviewing product details and size guides before making your purchase.


Exchanges
To get the item you're looking for, we recommend returning your current purchase and placing a separate order for the new item once your return is processed.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
